Product Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Homelogix.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on
refunds and returns.

In order to be eligible for a refund, non defective products must be returned within 14 calendar days of your purchase, defective products must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase and 14 days for Samsung products. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and undamaged in any way.
Below are the details of our policy:

Non Defective Units - Returned within 14 calendar days of purchase:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
 

• The products were purchased within the last 14 calendar days.

• The products are in the original packaging.

• A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Products sold as “open box” are non returnable.

• Any and all products that have been installed or activated will be subjected to a labor fee.

Defective Units - Returned within 30 calendar days of purchase and 14 days for Samsung products:

Homelogix will exchange the unit with the same or an equivalent priced model, or refund the customer only if an equivalent unit cannot be exchanged.

Returns 31 days or older are not accepted and must be returned to the manufacturer, 15 days for Samsung products.

Product returned must be in the original packaging.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any products not in their original packaging or missing any parts or accessories.

All product returns must have approval, and return authorization assigned prior to shipping.

A return authorization number will be assigned to your return.

Return Authorization number must be clearly visible on the shipping label of your return package.

Defective products that are purchased from Homelogix that are 30 days or older are covered under a manufacturer's warranty policy. Please refer to the product manufacturer's warranty policy and information.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
